INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196 and articles 13 and 14 of European Regulation 679/2016
Data controller
The data controller is the undersigned Ristorante La Sosta, with registered office and operational headquarters at Via S. Martino della Battaglia, 20, 25121 Brescia (BS). The above rights may be exercised by submitting a request without formalities to the data controller or one of the data processors, including through a designated representative. The request may also be sent by registered letter or email to: info@lasosta.it.
Processing carried out and purposes
The following personal and identification data will be collected for the contact person who will interface with our company:
- 1.1 Company name of the company or service center, identity of the association, name and surname of the sole proprietorship;
- 1.2 Address of registered office, operational headquarters or local units;
- 1.3 Name and surname of the legal representative, managers, employees or workers;
- 1.4 Credit institutions with which you have relationships and the related bank details;
- 1.5 Switchboard, extension and fax telephone numbers;
- 1.6 Institutional and direct email addresses;
- 1.7 Documentation relating to websites developed on behalf of clients.
The data will be processed for the purposes
CLIENTS
a) Management of customer relationships, data acquisition in the case of provision of services, supply of products, data acquisition for financing, rental or leasing of equipment and software;
b) Verification of customer satisfaction with the services offered by Ristorante La Sosta, through personal interviews and the sending of questionnaires by fax, post or email;
c) Promotion of products or services offered by Ristorante La Sosta, exchange of communications relating to the company’s economic, administrative and commercial activities;
d) Sending advertising material about the services or products offered by Ristorante La Sosta by fax, post, or email;
e) Promotion of events such as workshops, conferences, fairs where Ristorante La Sosta is the organizer or participant;
f) Issuing transport documents, invoices and credit notes, maintaining ordinary and VAT accounting, managing collections and payments.
Providing the above personal data is not mandatory. Refusal to provide such data, particularly with reference to point (a), would prevent Ristorante La Sosta from providing the customer with the requested service.
POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
Promotion of products, services, and events such as workshops, conferences, and trade fairs organized or attended by Ristorante La Sosta; business consulting; and development of offers for Ristorante La Sosta services.
In addition to the purposes described above, personal data may also be processed to fulfill obligations established by law, regulation, or EU legislation.
Data collection methods
a) Directly from the interested party or at the Ristorante La Sosta offices, at the time of establishing a commercial relationship, placing an order, requesting a quote or signing a contract;
b) Directly from the interested party through communications via fax or e-mail;
c) Directly to the interested party during commercial visits for the proposal of products or services covered by the La Sosta Restaurant activity;
d) Directly from the interested party through telephone interviews;
e) Directly from the interested party through partnerships between Ristorante La Sosta and professionals or professional firms with whom the interested party has collaborative relationships;
f) From public sources such as telephone directories, advertisements by the interested party, through websites that are in possession of and authorised to process such personal data;
g) through the websites owned by Ristorante La Sosta at the same time as subscribing to the Ristorante La Sosta newsletter;
This information is provided to the interested party, or the person from whom the data is collected, upon commencement of the relationship. The data will then be recorded and collected at Ristorante La Sosta, with its operational headquarters at Via S. Martino della Battaglia, 20 25121 Brescia (BS). The data will be processed in compliance with the personal data protection code and stored in a manner that ensures confidentiality and prevents its destruction or use by third parties outside of Ristorante La Sosta.
Data processing will be carried out manually (for example, on paper) and/or through automated tools (for example, using electronic procedures and media), with logic related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data, protected by devices and antivirus software that prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing the data.

The data may be disclosed to the following categories of entities used to perform certain activities related to the provision of its services: Accounting firms for accounting/tax compliance; Business, tax, and legal consulting firms or companies; Banks for payments; Law firms in the event of litigation; Public Administration for legally required communications; Companies that provide services for the activity for which you have contacted us and that partially or fully complement the services offered, such as post offices, freight forwarders, and couriers. The data will not be transferred abroad.
Conservation Time
The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above, in compliance with the law, and for the period corresponding to fiscal, accounting, and administrative needs, and to document our business.
Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of European Regulation 679/2016, you are recognized and guaranteed the full right to: request from the Data Controller access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of processing concerning you or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability. This right can be exercised by email to info@lasosta.it.
The Data Controller will interrupt the processing when it receives notification from you that you are withdrawing your previously expressed consent.

Complaint to the supervisory authority: The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if their requests for information addressed to the Data Controller have not received a satisfactory response. The competent authority is the Italian Data Protection Authority.
